39 stihl fs 80 parts diagram

When i start my fs 70r it idles fine but screeches/whistles when it idles, when i rev it it runs fine for a while and then starts again while running higher than idle. Any tips/guesses as to what it may be? Now, after a few pulls, the rope stays out and slowly gets drawn back in as I run the trimmer. So I'll take it off, put it back on and it restracts like normal. After a few pulls, same problem.
